Choir is a very important part of the music program at Balgowlah North PS and offers children the opportunity to develop singing skills and performance technique.
The children learn a variety of songs including the Arts Unit repertoire especially selected for the Primary Proms Festival where schools throughout NSW combine to perform at the Sydney Town Hall.
The children learn a repertoire of ten songs, which culminates with a combined NSW schools performance at the Sydney Opera House.
The choir has also had many opportunities to perform with the massed choir at the NSW Schools Spectacular.
