Fee payments

With the introduction of the new Department of Education finance system the online payment is the preferred method. 

Please find below instructions to make an online payment for one or more students. The payment page is set up for all DEO NSW Primary & High schools, therefore you are not required to complete all fields, only the ones marked with.

  1. Click on the "make a payment" tab above.
  2. Complete student required fields: given name, surname and date of birth. N.B. only one given name is required to make payments for multiple siblings.
  3. Complete payer details: full name, contact phone number, contact email address.
  4. Payment options: click other, payment description, enter name/names of all student/s, payment amount and enter total amount.
  5. Note - If making a part payment the specific tabs may be used in the payment options or the other tab may be used. In payment description enter details of part payment. Payment amount: enter amount being paid.
  6. Click on ext to complete the transaction.
