NAIDOC Week is a time for our whole school to learn, reflect and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories and cultures. Through activities, stories and events, students build understanding, respect and pride.

The buddy program pairs our oldest and youngest students, creating friendships and building confidence. Year 6 students act as role models, while Kindergarten students feel supported as they begin their school journey.

Our Deck Crew help create a fun, inclusive playground where every student feels welcome to join in.
The Eco Warriors are passionate student leaders who promote sustainability across the school. From recycling to environmental projects, they inspire others to care for the world around them.
Green Grove is our hands-on sustainability hub where students care for chickens, tend to plants and manage worm farms. It’s a practical way to learn responsibility, teamwork and environmental awareness.
Our P&C hosts events such as movie nights, school fairs and breakfasts that bring families together. These celebrations strengthen our community connections and add to the vibrant life of BNPS.
Our P&C-run stalls are a much-loved part of school life, from Mother’s Day and Father’s Day stalls to special fundraising events. They give students the joy of choosing thoughtful gifts while also supporting our school community.
